Public Citizen calls for an amendment to our United States Constitution!  They join other coalitions in taking this to the citizens!  Move To Amend calls for an amendment to our United States Constitution.  Join them in taking this directly to the citizens of the United States.  We cannot count on the our United States Senators and our House of Representatives to do the right thing  here.
