Apple is not alone in this process. I would guess they have done absolutely nothing illegal. Neither have the 1, in 4, other multinational corporations but it is still a travesty. Most every one of those corporations, banks, and financial institutions, that have gotten caught, have only had to pay a fraction of the profits they gained in the process and almost no one has gone to jail for their crimes.
